Order Confirmation/Status
An order confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is received. Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
After your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail from FedEx with the tracking number, so that you can follow the progress of your package and expected delivery date.
Shipping Charges & Delivery in US
Shipping charges are based on the weight and distance of your order. Orders are shipped from Dallas, Texas. We ship to all domestic and international destinations.
Exchanges, Returns, Refunds
If you would like to exchange or return an item, please give us a call at 1-214-747-7673 and we'll help you out.
Changing Your Order
After your order is submitted, it will be assigned an order number on the Order Confirmation page. If after placing your order you need to make a change, please contact Customer Service at 1-214-747-7673 and refer to your order number. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Our office hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm CST Monday thru Friday.
Locating an Item
We are always working to make sure your favorites stay in stock and ready to ship! If you don't see what you want, send an email to info@ladyprimrose.com and we will let you know when to expect it and ready to ship.
Credit Cards
We accept all major Credit Cards.
Please include a phone number in case we need to speak with you about your order. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
If you prefer not to use your credit card online, then call our customer service at 1-214-747-7673 to place your order.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 8.25% will be added to any order that has a shipping address in the state of Texas.
