Shipping policy

Shipping Information - An order confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is received.  Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.  

Domestic Shipping - Shipping charges are complimentary for all domestic orders, within the contiguous United States only via economy ground.  You can select other shipping services at checkout if desired. Please note that free economy and shipping through USPS will take approximately 8-10 business days to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred upon arrival in your destination country. Lady Primrose is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; customers are responsible for international duties and taxes.

SHIPPING TO PO BOXES - FedEx is unable to ship to PO Boxes. If you want your order shipped through FedEx, you will be required to provide a street address.
