SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays).  Email notification will be sent once your order has shipped.  All orders fulfilled in the order in which they are received.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges will be a flat rate of $5.00 (USD) per order ranging from $1-$99 for ground orders. Orders at or exceeding $100 will receive Free Ground Shipping.  Options at checkout are offered to select other shipping services if desired. Please note that economy and free shipping through USPS will take approximately 8-10 business days to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Keep in mind, that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  Please note that Lady Primrose is not responsible for these charges, so please make note that if these charges are applied, these are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

FedEx is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. If you want your order shipped through FedEx, you will be required to provide a street address.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

A refund, return, or exchange must be processed within 14 days of receipt.

If you are requesting a refund, return, or exchange, please email customerservice@ladyprimrose.com explaining the reason for refund request.  A Return Merchandise Form will be sent to you.  A credit will be issued to your credit card when we receive the merchandise in good condition and if possible, in the original shipping box or envelope.  Keep in mind taht if items return to Lady Primrose damaged or broken, we'll be unable to complete your refund request. 

PLEASE NOTE:  Refunds are only given for items purchased directly from us online at www.ladyprimrose.com.

If we have made an error with your order or there is breakage during shipping, please contact us by emailing customerservice@ladyprimrose.com.  We'll be sure to take care of the re-shipment immediately and apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
