Order Confirmation/Status

An order confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is received.

Orders are processed and shipped 1 to 2 business days.

After your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail from FedEx with the tracking number, so that you can follow the progress of your package and expected delivery date.

Shipping Charges & Delivery in US

Shipping charges are based on the weight and distance of your order. Orders are shipped from Grand Prairie, Texas.

We ship to all domestic and international destinations.

Exchanges, Returns, Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund. To facilitate this process, a return form is included in your shipment. Complete the return form and pack item carefully, NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVING FOR DAMAGE/BROKEN ITEMS. Send the merchandise (prepaid & insured) to:

If we made an error and shipped the wrong item, we apologize for any inconvenience and will ship the correct item immediately. You will not be charged additional freight for the reshipment. We’ll issue a return label for the incorrect item received.

Backorders

Unfortunately there are, at times, circumstances beyond our control, and some items may not be immediately available.

If there is a problem or delay in delivery of any item you order, you will be notified. You will be charged for only the items shipped, and will not be charged any additional shipping charges.

Changing Your Order

After your order is submitted, it will be assigned an order number on the Order Confirmation page. If after placing your order you need to make a change, please contact Customer Service at 888.382-7673 and refer to your order number. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 8.25% will be added to any order that has a shipping address in the state of Texas.
